NUTSHELLS DESIGN TEAM

Good Morning, today we would like to introduce you to our new Nutshells DT.

It was a real tough decision and every entry we received was amazing, but we couldn't choose them all - we couldn't even choose 3! So we have chosen 5 DT members to give our new NUTS a great home:

Jacilynn

Karen

Tammy

Poppet

Cathy

We also have a Guest DT member for the month of July: Angélique

Please do check out their blogs and fantastic creations. Tomorrow we will be posting a challenge to end our first week, and have a great prize up for grabs.

We leave you today with another new Summer Nutshell...Summer Coco.

Thanks for looking, Katie and Colette.

COCO WITH BUTTERFLY

This post is so much later than I was expecting (I should be tucked up in bed right now with my favourite Vampire book!) but I wanted to post this card tonight like I promised.

I have made a card to tie in with this weeks A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge, which is to use Butterflies on your card. I have also used the stamp we are offering for the prize - Coco with Butterfly.

This is my personal favourite from our new Summer Nutshells range, I just think she looks so happy and sweet!

If you haven't already, please take the time to check out the challenge and the Design teams fabulous creations. Thanks for stopping by, Katie.

A QUICK INTRODUCTION!

Today I thought it would be a good idea to introduce you properly to our little Nutshells. Our company is called Nutcrafters, and we have stretched the 'Nut' theme to our stamps too. Each of the Nutshell characters have been named after a Nut, well almost. I think I heard the other day that a Coconut is a seed, but the nut part is there in the name - right! ;)

We are also sponsoring A Spoon Full of Sugar today, and the prize is a NEW Summer Nutshell. Be sure to head their way and have a go, or just to have a sneaky peak at the prize!

I will hopefully be back later today with another new card, Thanks for stopping by, Katie.

BLOG CANDY WINNER

Morning and Happy Monday. We got back from Scotland late last night, and are feeling very tired after a great weekend. The Art Stamp Exhibition was a great show to attend and everyone we met was absolutely lovely.

We are kicking off our first (proper) week in Blogland with our blog candy winner from last week...

NO. 13, Jan J from http://janscardscraftsandmusings.blogspot.com/

picked by Random Org. Congratulations Jan, please email us your details, enquiries@nutcrafters.com

The weekend was so busy, we are still going through our DT entries, but we hope to have contacted our chosen DT by tomorrow evening.

We leave you today with another card featuring a NEW SUMMER NUTSHELL: Summer Mac!

Thanks for stopping by, Katie and Colette.

HAPPY FRIDAY

Happy Friday everyone. The past two weeks have flown by and we have been completely overwhelmed by the reaction to our new blog. We have had so many gorgeous entries for our Design Team call and a great response to our blog candy too!

Here is a Sneak peek of one of the new Summer Nutshells - Jump for Joy!
Today we are off to Scotland - A last minute invitation to the Art Stamp Exhibition in Edinburgh. When the blog candy closes at 6pm we will be traveling, so due to this (and an uncertainty of Internet access) we will pick a winner via random org over the weekend and post the winners name on Monday morning. Entries after 6pm will not be counted.

Our Design Team call also comes to a close today, and we would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has tried out. We will choose our new DT members over the weekend and it's going to be a tough choice as there were so many beautiful creations.

Please check back with us Monday when we launch into our first week of fun, with previews and sneak peeks of new collections and maybe a challenge too!

Thanks, Katie and Colette.

BLOG CANDY!

To celebrate the launch of our new Nutshells blog we have some fantastic candy to give away! To enter you must follow our blog, post a link to the candy on your own blog and leave a comment below, it's as simple as that!

Candy closes Friday 5th June, at 6pm (GMT).
